As is the case with most medical treatments, we cannot guarantee how you will respond to treatment or if you will see significant improvement in your condition.If following treatment there is no improvement after Shock Wave Therapy your physiotherapist will suggest other treatment options. We would ask you to carefully consider these factors prior to making your decision for Shock Wave Therapy as there is a no refund policy in effect.
Do I need a referral to see you?
A referral is not necessary although many of our patients are referred by their family physician, podiatrist or specialist. If you do have insurance coverage for this check your policy to see if they require a referral before submitting your claim.
